The MetroCenter stage is designed with flexibility in mind. Concerts, theatrical productions and conferences are well suited for the 16,000 square foot stage and backstage areas. Productions are supported by two motorized battens with a working load of 2500 pounds each, while various set looks can be achieved by utilizing multiple curtain tracks and the double volume space directly off stage right. Orchestras will be at home in the removable top orchestra pit that can accommodate up to 50 musicians. Multiple drop points both upstage and downstage of the proscenium opening allow for flexibility in rigging, and equipment load in and out is easily accessible with the truck high dock directly off stage left. Stage managers on stage left are equipped with program video feeds, a four channel Clear Com station and backstage paging capabilities. The MetroCenter was designed with your event in mind.
